Baileys extruder

En större extruder, med två utbytbara behållare 5 eller 9 tum. Leran pressas manuellt med hävstång eller maskinellt, med pneumatik. Profilerna tillverkas i playwood eller lämpligt plastmaterial.

Denna profil är konstruerad i ett CAD program, vektorerna exporterades och frästes ut med en CNC-fräs. Metoden att fräsa eller laserskära profiler, är mycket effektivt och ger oanade möjligheter. Att tillverka profiler med gamla metoder är tidsödande och mycket mer komplicerat.
